The messages listed below are some of those that may appear when printing on a Fabric Roll. For operations such as printing on

Error Message Causes Solution
Not Enough Ink One or more of the ink cartridges do not
have enough ink to print long media
such as a Fabric Roll.
* You can still print A4, Letter, or smaller
size paper.
To print long media, replace with new
ink cartridges.
Refer to the Online User’s Guide for
details.
Replace ink When you are printing on long media
such as Fabric Roll, one or more of the
ink cartridges have reached the end of
life.
Replace with new ink cartridges and
continue printing. Note that the color
tone after the cartridge replacement may
be different.
Cutter Not Responding The roll media cutter is repeatedly
jammed in the machine. The cutter unit
will soon reach the end of life.
We recommend replacing the cutter unit.

Error Message Causes Solution
The data could not be sent. The network is not correctly connected. Check the connection status of the
wireless network for the printer and
mobile device. If the wireless network
connection is lost, re-establish it.
