Upper shaft motor-related errors
Items with a “*” in the “Page” column should only be checked by a qualified technician.

E110 Needle up stop position error
Turn the upper shaft pulley until the point where the error
display disappears.

E111 Needle up stop position error
Turn off the power, and check the connection of the
synchronizer connector at the main P.C. board.

E120 Needle drop signal could not be detected.
Turn off the power, and check the connection of the
synchronizer connector at the main P.C. board.

Sewing machine motor stopped due to a
problem, or synchronizer is faulty.
Turn off the power, and then turn the upper shaft pulley
and check if the sewing machine has locked up.
Check that the upper shaft motor connector and
synchronizer connector are connected at the power
supply motor P.C. board.

E131 Synchronizer is faulty.
Turn off the power, and check the connection of the
synchronizer connector at the power supply motor P.C.
board.

Problem detected with sewing machine
motor operation.
Turn off the power, and then turn the upper shaft pulley
and check if the sewing machine has locked up.
