Note that King and Cal King sizes include two center support rail(s) (1). Twin size does not have center support rail(s) (1). Attach leg adjusters {G) to the support legs {H). Then secure the support legs (H) to the center support rail(s) {l) with long bolts (J) and Allen key {N). ATTENTION: Keep leg adjusters 0.25" from the floor. and foot rail bracket {C). Using a screwdriver, secure the center support rail(s) (I) by tightening the short screws (K) on the head rail (B) and foot rail (C).

Attach legs (C) to the headboard (A) by tightening long bolts {D), large washers (K) with Allen key (H). Attach headboard to base by tightening bolts (E), spring washers (J), small washers (I) with Allen key (G).
