C-4-2 Channel Input Port Commands
C-4-2-1 Measured Channel Values Command
This command is used to gather measured information from one or all
channel input ports. Protocol responses are compatible with existing
published protocol formats. Frames noted below as lower case 'x' remain
<reserved>, regardless of frame content.
