CarrierIDOffset
Defines the offset of the CID within the CID field (MID area -parameter 37).
The valid value range depends on the value of the MID area and the value of the
CarrierIDLength.
Valid range 0 … maximum bytes of CID -1
Default 0
Offset + Length cannot be larger than the length of the CID field.

Defines the length of the CID within the CID field (MID area - parameter 37).

CarrierIDOffset (see parameter 42: CarrierIDOffset).
Valid range: 1 … maximum bytes of CID field
