5.8.2 Equipment Control
S2F0: ABORT TRANSACTION (reader <-> host)
Used instead of an expected reply to abort a transaction. Function 0 is
defined in every stream and has the same meaning in every stream.

(host-> reader, reply)
The host requests one constant from the reader.

The reader sends the requested constant to the host.
