Description: Indicates an action to be performed by the subsystem.
Used to differentiate between the different subsystem commands
indicated.
“ChangeState” … Change state
“GetStatus” … Get state
“PerformDiagnostics” … Perform diagnostics
“Reset” … Reset CIDRW

SSTATE
Format: A[max 3]
Description: Provides status information of the external I/O of a
specific head.
“ON” - Sensor is occupied
“OFF” - Sensor is unoccupied

STATE
Format: A[max 5]
Description: State of the external outputs of a specific head.
“ON” … Output is ON
“OFF” … Output is OFF
“FLASH” … Output is flashing
“KEEP” … Output remains current state
