Commands Exclusive to the Primary FCS
The following commands are available only on the Primary FCS when security is
installed and enabled.

agtcfgset Can be run on all switches, but it needs to be run on
the Primary FCS to modify community strings
agtcfgdefault Must be run from the Primary FCS switch.
aliadd Must be run from the Primary FCS switch.

alidelete Must be run from the Primary FCS switch.
aliremove Must be run from the Primary FCS switch.
