Halt the operational switch.

Description
This command halts the switch operation without disrupting the other switch in
the StorageWorks Core switch chassis. This command disables a logical switch in
a StorageWorks Core switch without disturbing the software state of the system in
general.
This command has to be used in combination with switchStart.
This command brings down all the daemons associated with the switch, frees the
resources and object states associated with the switch to a clear state, and disables
all the ports and blades associated with the switch.
Note: This command is not supported on non-blade systems.
