Deactivate the Management Server Platform service on all switches in the fabric.

Description
Use this command to deactivate the Platform service on all switches in the fabric.
This command deactivates the Platform service of each switch in the fabric and
commits the changes to the non-volatile storage of each switch.
Once deactivated, even in the event of a reboot, the switch will initialize with the
Platform service DISABLED. By default, the Platform service is DISABLED.
Platform service is available in firmware v2.3 and above. Lower level firmware
releases do not support it.
Note: When security is enabled, this command can only be issued from the Primary
FCS switch. See “Security Commands” on page 941.
