Log out from a shell session.

logout

Description
Use this command to log out from a shell session. Remote login connections are
closed, local serial connections return to the login prompt.
The command exit is accepted as synonym for logout, as is a Ctrl-D typed
at the beginning of a line.
Note: If you close a session by clicking the “X” in the upper right hand corner, the
window closes but the session stays open until it times out. Trying to open another
session before the time-out has completed causes an error message to display.

To log out from an rlogin session:
logout
switch:admin> logout
Connection to host lost.
