Displays information about current zoning transaction.

Description
Use this command to show the ID of the current zoning transaction. It will also
give the information about whether the transaction can be aborted or not. The
transaction can not be aborted if it is an internal zoning transaction.
Note: This command requires an Advanced Zoning license.
When security is enabled, this command can only be issued from the Primary FCS
switch. See “Security Commands” on page 941.
