Disable a zone configuration.

Description
Use this command to disable the current zone configuration. The fabric returns to
non-zoning mode where all devices see each other. It also commits the zone
configuration in the transaction buffer to volatile and non-volatile memory.
This command ends and commits the current zoning transaction. If a transaction is
open on a different switch in the fabric when this command is run, the transaction
on the other switch is automatically aborted. A message is displayed on the other
switch notifying the transation abort.
Note: This command requires an Advanced Zoning license.
When security is enabled, this command can only be issued from the Primary FCS
switch. See “Security Commands” on page 941.
