Follow the steps listed in Table 5 to install your device. Details for each of these steps are provided
on the pages indicated.
Installation precautions
Follow all precautions when installing a device.
General precautions
DANGER
All fiber-optic interfaces use Class 1 lasers.
CAUTION
Do not install the device in an environment where the operating ambient temperature might
exceed 40

CAUTION
Make sure the airflow around the front, sides, and back of the device is not restricted.
