New active port of protected-link-group over stacking units does not handle any traffic.
Symptom:
With a protected-link group configured over multiple units of a stack, after the Active unit of the Stack
is powered off, the new Active unit's port does not handle any traffic even though the interface moves
to Forwarding state.
Workaround:
Configure an 'active-port' for the protected link group.
