routers are received, the device could lock up or reset.
Symptom:
Upon receiving multiple 0.0.0.0 route updates over RIPv2 with non-zero netmasks, continuous route
updates for 0.0.0.0 will be emitted by the affected system. FCX devices may experience a lockup
while FESX/SX devices may experience a reset.
