Symptom:
When hitless failover is configured and power is disconnected from the Active FCX of a stacked pair

will remain down.

After stack failover causes preferred RIPv2 route to get deleted, backup Static route does not take
over.
Symptom:
If only the Active unit has RIP reachability and learns a better route than a configured Static route for

the Static route as the best route on the new Active unit.
