BP In Blinking Activity on Barrel
Processor (BP).
Packets are currently
being received on the
specified BP.
Off No packets are currently being received
on the specified BP.
BP Out Blinking Activity on BP.
Packets are currently
being sent from the
specified BP.
Off No packets are currently being sent
from the specified BP.
Switch Fabric Module (SFM)
Pwr On The module is receiving
power.
Off The module is not receiving power. You
can do the following:
• Make certain that the module is
installed properly. For more
information, refer to “Installing
modules in ServerIron ADX chassis
devices” on page 23.
• If using AC power supplies, see the
entry for the AC power supply LED
in this table for more information.
Management Module (MM)
Pwr On The module is receiving
power.
Off The module is not receiving power. You
can do the following:
• Make certain that the module is
installed properly. For more
information, refer to “Installing
modules in ServerIron ADX chassis
devices” on page 23.
• If using AC power supplies, see the
entry for the AC power supply LED
in this table for more information.
Act On The module is functioning
as an MM.
Off Neither of the MMs is managing the
Switch Fabric Module (SFM) or
Application Switch Module (ASM).
A problem could have occurred during
initialization. Check your attached PD or
terminal for possible error messages.
Mgmt
(10/100/1000
Ethernet port)
On (green) A link is established with
the remote port.
Off A link is not established with the remote
port. You can do the following:
• Verify that the connection to the
other device has been made
properly. Also, make certain that
the other device is powered on
and operating correctly.
• Try using a different cable.
