STATUS Status of Event Notification. value will be 0 if disabled,
1 otherwise.
Default value is 0.

SERVER_NAME E-mail (SMTP) server name. varchar 256
REPLY_ADDRESS Reply E-mail address. varchar 50
SEND_ADDRESS E-mail address for which a Test E-mail notification is to
be sent.
