PRODUCT_ID This record will be per product. Hence this will
have the id of the product.

PRODUCT_TYPE_ID Foreign Key references TARGET_TYPE(id). This
identifies the PRODUCT_ID. (Whether it is
switch, device, etc).

1-Aborted
2-Succesful
3-Partial Failure
4-Failed
