Closed issues from Fabric OS 4.4.0d42
Issue: During firmware upgrade
from FOS4.0.2x to FOS 4.4.0x,
zone configuration is lost if switch
is rebooted without any prior zone
changes
Symptom: During the upgrade from
internal FOS v4.0.2 to v4.4.0x,
there is a loss of zoning
configuration. Even though
cfgshow is empty, it will not
merge after
portdisable/enable. When
workaround by using
configdownload with a saved
configuration file created prior to
FOS 4.4.0, configdownload fails
with vcEncoded mode not
supported on FOS4.4.0x.
Fixed
Issue: The RPA and RPRT is not
forwarded to FOS5.0 and later
versions
Symptom: When local domain
HBA/port information changes, the
information is not propagated to
domains running FOS5.0 or
higher.
Fixed
Issue: Cannot create DCC_POLICY
by using * to include port numbers
greater than 127 in the
DCC_POLICY.
Symptom: secpolicycreate
"DCC_POLICY", "domainid(*)" on
a platform with more than 128
port, fails with VERIFY - Failed
expression: strlen(mbrBuf) > 0
Fixed
Issue: ConnUnitPortFCid MIB
changed format in FOS 4.4.0x
Symptom: Output from early FOS
was in byte data format. This was
changed to asci data for
FOS4.4.0x which caused
applications relying on the old
format to break.
