Symptom: Parity error in ASIC is very rare and may be observed after a long up time. This specific
parity error in 7500/FR4-18i SRAM cannot be recovered by software refresh, thus the
attempted refresh generated switch panic.
Workaround: Slot /switch needs to be power cycled
