Description A swFCPortScn (3) is generated whenever an FC_Port changes its operational state:
for instance, the FC_Port goes from online to offline. The VarBind in the Trap Data
Unit contain the corresponding instance of the FC_Port's operational status, index,
swFCPortName, and swSsn. swFCPortName and swSsn are optional.
Note Sample trap output for Fabric OS 4.4.0:

Description This trap is generated when an event occurs with a level that is at or below
“swEventTrapLevel”.
Note Each Trap recipient has a configured severity level association. Whenever an error
message is generated at or above that configured severity level the recipient is
notified of the event.
This trap is generated for all RASLog messages. From Fabric OS 4.4.0 this trap is
only generated for external RASLog messages.
