Q: My browser just stalled when I tried to reload a certain page. What should I

do?

A: As the web server module inside HSA300A is not a full-scale web server

and is intended for light web traffic only, heavy traffic will cause the modem to

stop responding. This can be caused by clicking refresh button in the browser

repeatedly (and thus creating too many requests within a short period), or by

having too many users logging in at the same time. If the web page is still

stalled after 3 minutes, restart the modem. However, please notice that it may

take a while for the modem to save data in the last page.
