4.7 Equalizer Commands
EQB[ic][b][x] Enable Equalizer Band
Enables input channel equalizer bands. The EQB command can be applied to
a single band on a single input, all bands on a single input, a single band on all
inputs, or all bands on all inputs.
[x] 0 = Bypassed; 1 = Enabled.
EQT[ic][b][x] Set Equalizer Band Type
Sets the equalizer type for input channel equalizer bands. The EQT command
can be applied to a single band on a single input, all bands on a single input, a
single band on all inputs, or all bands on all inputs.
[x] 0 = High Shelf, 1 = Peaking; 2 = Low Shelf
EQF[ic][b][x] Set Equalizer Band Frequency
Sets the center (peaking) or corner (shelving) frequency for input channel
equalizer bands.
The EQF command can be applied to a single band on a single input, all bands
on a single input, a single band on all inputs, or all bands on all inputs.
[x] Frequency range = 20.0 ? 20000.0 (Hz)
Note: When the sample rate is set to 32kHz, all equalizer bands whose frequency is
>15999.0 Hz will automatically be set to = 15999.0 Hz. Sending and EQF
command to set any equalizer band greater than this frequency will return an
EEE<CR><LF>.
EQG[ic][b][x] Set Equalizer Band Gain
Sets the gain for input channel equalizer bands. The EQG command can be
applied to a single band on a single input, all bands on a single input, a single
band on all inputs, or all bands on all inputs.
[x] Gain Range = -12.0 –12.0 (dB)
EQQ[ic][b][x] Set Equalizer Band Q
Sets the Q for input channel equalizer bands. The EQQ command can be
applied to a single band on a single input, all bands on a single input, a single
band on all inputs, or all bands on all inputs.
[x] Q Range = 0.2 – 10.0 (Peaking Filters)
[x] Q Range = 0.2 – 1.0 (Shelving Filters)
EQD Display Equalizer Settings
Returns the settings for all input channel equalizer bands in a text-readable format:
