GPS Lock Status Indications
ARB MPS = Arbitron PPM Encoder audio for
the HD Radio signal: white (PPM option not ac-
tive); green (has AES clock); red (no AES clock
detected)
UP LOS = status of service to HD Exciter
DN LOS = status of service from HD Importer
UP QOS = Quality of Service to HD Exciter
DN QOS = Quality of Service from HD Importer
GPS = status of the GPS receiver (hovering over
this indicator will pop up various messages, as
shown in the illustration above, to indicate the GPS
status in more detail)
PLL = 1 PPS clock status
Active Data Service = type of active service
Encoding Format = the active encoding format
(e.g., FM Hybrid MP1-11 for HD Radio using FM
transmission)
