Turn and push the buckle retainer 2
so that the short side will pass
through the slot in the cover and
child seat shell.
Care and Maintenance
Pull through the slots in the cover 3
and shell to the bottom of the
child seat.
Pull the buckle away from

the child seat until tight.
Verify that the buckle *
retainer lies flat against
the child seat shell.
NOTE: Ensure that the buckle
strap is not twisted and that
the button faces out.
Re-thread the Buckle
Select the slot closest to, but not under the child.1
