Whenfoodisdone,turnheatsourceoffandcarefullyliftstrainerbasket
uptoallowliquidtodrainbackintopot(usehangtabforpanandbasket).
Carefullyremovefood.Allowliquidtocoolto115°F(45°C)orlessbefore
movingcookingvessel.
WARNING: Whenusing10quartpan&basket,alwayshangbasket
directlyoverpanonthehangtab.Thisallowshotliquidto
drainbackintothepan.Hangingthebasketinanyotherway
couldcausethepantotipover,spillinghotliquid.10quart
pan&basketandstockpotwithstrainerbasketareNOTto
beusedforfryingturkeys.
WARNING: Useextremecarewhenliftingbasketoutofpotoroffhangtab.
Alwayssteadythepotbygrippingthepothandlewithonehand
whileSLOWLYliftingbasketupwiththeothertoensurepot
andbasketarenotstucktogether.Failuretodosocouldcreate
asituationwhereyoupullthepotofftheburnerspillingthehot
contentsontoyourselforsomeoneelse.
WARNING: AlwaysremovethestrainerbasketSLOWLYfrompottoallow
hotliquidtodrain.Liftingstrainerbasketoutofpottooquickly
willcausehotliquidtosplashoutofbasketandcouldresultin
severeburnsforanyonenearthepot.Besuretoliftstraightup
andattainproperclearanceabovetherimtopreventoverturning
thepotwithhotliquid.
