Choose a good, cleared assembly area and get a friend to help you put your grill together. Lay cardboard down to protect grill finish and assembly area. Left Front Leg Cap CAUTION: Some parts may contain sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary. Step 1 Install left front leg cap onto left front cart leg. Left Front Cart Leg Left Rear Leg Cap Step 2 Install left rear leg cap onto left rear cart leg. Note: Align the sticker on rear leg cap with sticker on rear leg.
Left Front Cart Leg Step 3 Attach left cart upper and lower braces to the left front cart leg and left rear cart leg using four M6 x 12 mm bolts (Black) as illustrated. Left Rear Cart Leg Left Cart Upper Brace Left Cart Lower Brace Step 4 Attach right cart brace to the right front and right rear cart legs using four M6 × 12 mm bolts (Black) as illustrated.
Step 5 Front Panel Attach front panel to front of cart using four #8 self-tapping screws (Black). Attach the rear cart upper and lower braces to the rear cart legs using eight M6 x 12 mm bolts (Black) as illustrated. Cart Rear Upper Brace Cart Rear Lower Brace Step 6 Right Front Cart leg Right Rear Cart leg To install the tank support bracket to the right rear and front legs, insert tabs into slots in the legs as illustrated.
Step 7 To install the wheels, insert wheel axle bolts through wheels and wheel washers, right rear and front cart legs and tank support bracket as illustrated. Insert cotter pins to secure. Note: Orient wheels with flat side facing legs. Step 8 Install grill body assembly onto cart base as illustrated. Secure using six M6 x 12 mm bolts (Black).
Step 9 Tank Brace Carriage Bolt Wing Nut Unscrew the pre-attached bolts from the tank retention bracket. Attach tank retention bracket in between right front and rear cart legs using the two pre-attached M6 x 20 mm bolts as illustrated. Attach the tank brace by inserting the carriage bolt through the keyhole, slide down and then use the wing nut to secure. Bolts Step 10 Attach the left side table assembly to the left side of grill body.
Step 12 Hang grease cup from brackets on bottom of grill body. Grease Cup Warming Rack Step 13 Place the heat distribution plates on lower level of grill body assembly, in space on brackets, directly above burners. Cooking Grate Step 14 Heat Distribution Plates Insert warming rack through holes in grill hood and then insert the warming rack legs into the holes in grill body. Brackets Step 15 Place cooking grate on support ribs directly above heat distribution plates.
