SECTION III HEALTH HAZARD IDENTIFICATION (Also See Section XI)
ROUTE(S) OF ENTRY - Eye and Skin Contact.
EFFECTS OF ACUTE EXPOSURE:
EYE: May cause irritation.
SKIN: May cause moderate skin irritation.
INGESTION: Causes irritation to digestive tract.
INHALATION: May cause irritation.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS GENERALLY RECOGNIZED AS BEING AGGRAVATED BY EXPOSURE: May
exacerbate existing dermatitis, will aggravate respiratory diseases.
SECTION IV FIRST AID MEASURES
EYE CONTACT - Flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, holding eyelids open all the time.
Get immediate medical attention if irritation persist. SKIN CONTACT - Flush with cold water for at least 15 minutes.
Remove all contaminated clothing and shoes while in the shower. Get medical attention if irritation persist.
INHALATION - Move to area free from further exposure. INGESTION - If swallowed do not induce vomiting. Give
large quantity of water. Get medical attention. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Extinguishing Media: Dry chemical, foam, carbon dioxide or water.
Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Keep personnel removed and upwind of fire. Cool tank/container with water
spray. Use National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) certified gas mask, use self-contained
breathing apparatus.
Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazard: Material is a strong oxidizer. Contact with combustible may initiate or promote
combustion. Decomposition product may include chlorine.
SECTION VI PREVENTIVE RELEASE MEASURES
STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE MATERIAL IS RELEASED OR SPILLED:
Prevent additional discharge of materials if possible to do without hazard. Dike large spills. Absorbed with
oil dry or similar inert material. Sweep or scrape up and containerize. Wear/use appropriate protective equipment.
Dispose of according to Federal, State and Local regulation.
