ABOUT THE FLOW RESTRICTION
What is a flow restrictor?
BRIGHT SHOWERS shower head is equipped with a flow
restrictor.It is used to comply with the California 2015 Appli-
ance Efficiency Regulations , which limits the flow of water
to 1.8GPM,While it conserves water ,it limits the pressure
of your shower head.If you are not in California and desire
higher pressure and a 2.5GPM flow restrictor included in
the package.
STEP 1: Where to find the Flow Restrictor.
The Flow Restrictor can be found at the hand –held shower head unit and the
pivot ball part of rain shower head.You can now see the pink/white plastic flow
restrictor in the opening of the end of the hand-held shower head and pivot ball
part of fixed rain shower head .
Dig out the flow restrictor with a flat screw-
driver or a needle nose pliers and put the
2.5GPM restrictor into the hand –held
shower head. it is done!
STEP 2:
B: For the rain shower head.
1) Take out the rubber filter gasket with flat screwdriver carefully.
2) Dig out the flow restrictor with a flat screwdriver or a needle nose
pliers and put the 2.5GPM restrictor into pivot ball part of fixed rain
shower head.
3) Put back the rubber filter gasket.
