Fuel and its vapors are extremely flammable and explosive. Fire or explosion can cause severe burns or death. • Operate generator ONLY outdoors. WHEN ADDING OR DRAINING FUEL • Turn generator OFF and let it cool at least 2 minutes before removing fuel cap. Loosen cap slowly to relieve pressure in tank.

Unintentional sparking can result in fire or electric shock. • DO NOT tamper with governed speed. 3500W Portable Generator ASSEMBLY • Engine manual • Wheel kit If any parts are missing or damaged, call the generator helpline at 1-800-743-4115. Your generator requires some assembly and is ready for use after it has been properly serviced with the recommended oil and fuel. If you have any problems with the assembly of your generator, please call the generator helpline at 1-800-743-4115. If calling for assistance, please have the model, revision, and serial number from the data tag available.
3500W Portable Generator 6. Retain wheel on axle stud with retaining pin. Install other wheel on remaining axle stud the same way. 7. Attach support leg using two 1/2” or 13mm wrenches with 20mm cap screws and lock nuts. 8. Center lifting handle on generator end of cradle. Attach handle using two 1/2” or 13mm wrenches with 45mm capscrews and hex nuts. Add Fuel NOTE: This gasoline engine is certified to operate on gasoline. Exhaust Emission Control System: EM (Engine Modifications).
3500W Portable Generator USING THE GENERATOR OPERATING THE GENERATOR System Ground CAUTION The generator has a system ground that connects the generator frame components to the ground terminals on the AC output receptacles.The system ground is connected to the AC neutral wire (the neutral is bonded to the generator frame). Exceeding generators wattage/amperage capacity can damage generator and/or electrical devices connected to it. • See “Don’t Overload Generator”.
3500W Portable Generator RECEPTACLES NOTE: If engine starts after 3 pulls but fails to run, or if unit shuts down during operation, make sure unit is on a level surface and check for proper oil level in crankcase. This unit may be equipped with a low oil protection device. See engine manual. CAUTION Receptacles may be marked with rating value greater than generator output capacity. WARNING • NEVER attempt to power a device requiring more amperage than generator or receptacle can supply.
3500W Portable Generator 120 Volt AC, 20 Amp, Duplex Receptacles Build a structure that will enclose three sides and the top of the generator: 1. Each duplex receptacle (Figure 5) is protected against overload by a push–to–reset circuit breaker. 3500W Portable Generator STORAGE Engine Storage See engine owner’s manual for instructions. The generator should be started at least once every seven days and allowed to run at least 30 minutes. If this cannot be done and you must store the unit for more than 30 days, use the following guidelines to prepare it for storage. Other Storage Tips • To prevent gum from forming in fuel system or on essential carburetor parts, add fuel stabilizer into fuel tank and fill with fresh fuel.

Generador Portátil de 3500W USO DEL GENERADOR OPERANDO EL GENERADOR PRECAUCIÓN Tierra del Sistema El sobrepasar la capacidad del amperaje y vataje del generador, puede dañar al generador y los aparatos eléctricos conectados al mismo. El generador dispone de una conexión a tierra del sistema que conecta los componentes del bastidor a los terminales de tierra de los enchufes hembra de salida de CA.
Generador Portátil de 3500W RECEPTÁCULOS PRECAUCIÓN ADVERTENCIA Los motores al funcionar producen calor. La temperatura del silenciador y de las áreas cercanas puede alcanzar o pasar los 150ºF (65ºC). Quemaduras severas pueden ocurrir al hacer contacto. Los residuos como hojas, hierba, maleza, etc. se pueden inflamar. El valor nominal que se indica en los enchufes hembra puede ser superior a la capacidad de salida del generador.
Generador Portátil de 3500W 120 Volt AC, 20 Amp, Receptáculos Dobles Construya una estructura que pueda cubrir los tres lados y la parte superior del generador: 1. Asegúrese que el lado del amortiguador del generador está expuesto. Aquí se muestra una unidad típica, su unidad puede tener otra apariencia, como se muestra en la Figura 13. Cada receptáculo (Figura 12) está protegido en contra de sobrecargas por un corto-circuitos de, del tipo "empuje para reposicionar".

Además, si el agua se introduce al generador a través de las ranuras para aire de enfriamiento, algo del agua quedará retenida en los espacios vacíos y grietas del aislamiento del devanado del estator y rotor.
Generador Portátil de 3500W ALMACENAMIENTO Almacenando el Motor El generador deberá ser encendido al menos una vez cada siete días y deberá dejarlo funcionar al menos durante 30 minutos. Si no puede hacer esto y debe almacenar la unidad por más de 30 días, siga las siguientes instrucciones para preparar su unidad para almacenamiento.
