If your Briggs & Riley bag is ever broken or damaged, even if the damage

was caused by an airline, we will repair it free of charge – Simple as that

OUR SIMPLE AS THAT

WARRANTY COVERS THE REPAIR OF ALL FUNCTIONAL ASPECTS OF YOUR

BRIGGS & RILEY BAG FOR THE LIFE OF YOUR BAG. IT DOES NOT COVER COSMETIC WEAR OR CLEANING, NOR

DOES IT COVER THE REPLACEMENT OF LOST ACCESSORIES, LOST OR STOLEN BAGS AND/OR BAG CONTENTS.

Examples of normal cosmetic wear not covered by the Simple as that

warranty:

EXCESSIVE WEAR

SCUFF MARKS WORN ZIPPER PULLS DISCOLORED HANDLES

SCRATCHED COMPONENTS

Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition.

Due to discontinuation of a particular part or color, repair or identical replacement parts may not be available.

Briggs & Riley will repair or replace a damaged part with the closest matching part or component in the closest matching color.

If all needed repairs cannot be performed at the authorized Briggs & Riley repair center, the customer

is responsible for shipping charges to the Briggs & Riley Company Repair Center.
