Appendix 2 - CHECK LIST

Belt tension and alignment correctly adjusted.
Fan runs in correct direction at all speeds (clockwise when
viewed from pulley side).
Motor amps tested at high speed with vents and windows
open.
Amps input to motor recorded
Motor and pump are properly plugged into sockets.
Fire protection system plugged in.
Motor pulley adjusted and tight on shaft.
Drain fitting correctly installed.
Water level and float adjustment checked.
Pump runs and water evenly distributed to all filter pads.
All control functions checked.
Owner instructed in correct operating proceedure and
supplied with operating instructions.
DO NOT OPERATE COOLER UNTIL THE CHECKLIST
