PINEAPPLE COCONUT POUND CAKE
Ingredients  cake
Eggs, large, at room temperature 2
Crushed pineapple, undrained 1 cup
Butter, softened ¼ cup
Sugar ¾ cup
Salt ½ tsp.
Coconut, grated ½ cup
All-purpose our 2 cups
Double acting baking powder 1 tbsp.
Add to dispenser (press EXTRAS before pressing START to begin baking):

Shortening, room temp. ½ cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup
Sugar ½ cup

All-purpose our 2 cups
