OVERVIEW Backrest (A) Seat Frame(B) Leg (D) Seat Cushion(C) Leg (D) This RIGHT ARM CHAIR has multiple parts and may require up to 30 minutes to assemble. To give you an overview of the ARM CHAIR parts, the above picture is to help you put the various Chair parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly. Step 1 Position the Seat Frame(B) on its back,as shown.
Install the Legs(D) into the bottom of the Seat Frame(B) by placing a Washer Ring(①) onto the threaded stem of the Legs. And then insert the threaded stem into the threaded mounting position at each Corner of the Bottom Seat Frame(B). Tighten by turning the Legs clockwise. Note: The use of Washer Rings(①) are OPTIONAL and are especially useful to help alleviate slight wobbles. Some Legs may need more than one Washer Rings(①) whilst some Legs may not need any.
Lay the Chair on a flat surface as shown. Connect Backrest(A) with Seat Frame(B) using Screw Arbor(⑦),Flat Washer(⑤), Spring Washers(④) with Butterfly nut(⑧) as shown. Tighten Butterfly Nut at joints in a sequential manner until fully secure. Step 5 Seat Frame(B) Cover the bottom of the Seat Frame (B) with the non-woven fabric. Smooth down the Magic Tape on all four sides of the Seat by hand. Step 6 Backrest(A) Seat Cushion (C) Seat Frame(B) Put the Seat Cushion(C) on the Seat Frame(B).
Step 2 Connecting the two sofas by using the pre-fixed Connecting Piece (⑥) as shown in the picture. Step 3 Note: This is optional step in case we want to connect all sofas in a set together and to match the environment of your home.
