1.Carefullyremoveallpartsfromthecarton.
2.Gentlypullthecordfromthebottomofthelampuntilthe
SocketAssembly(A)iscloseenoughtoscrewintothelamp
base(B).
3.ScrewSocketAssembly(A)counterclockwiseuntiltight
againstthelampbase(B).
4.PlaceHarp(D)intoSaddle(C).
5.Removetheplasticfromshade(E)andplaceontoHarp
(D)andsecureinplacewithFinial(F).
6.Installlightbulb.Onlyusebulbofspecifiedtypeand
maximumratedwattageorless.TurnthelampON/OFF
usingtherotaryswitchlocatedonthesocket.
Thisportablelamphasapolarizedplug(onebladeiswider
thantheother).Asasafetyfeaturetoreducetheriskof
electricalshockandfire,thisplugwillfitinapolarized
outletonlyoneway.Iftheplugdoesnotfitfullyinthe
outlet,reversetheplug.Ifitstilldoesnotfit,contacta
qualifiedelectrician.Neverusewithanextensioncord
unlesstheplugcanbefullyinserted.Donotalterthis
safetyfeature.
