9. Light Kit Assembly (Optional).
If you wish to use the light kit, remove 3 screws
from underside of fitter plate and save them for
later use.
Connect male plug from motor housing to
female plug from LED light kit, matching up the
colors on the male plug with the colors on the
female plug for correct fit. Be sure that plugs
connect securely.
Carefully arrange wiring within fitter plate.
Align holes in LED light kit with holes in fitter
plate. Re-insert screws that were previously
removed and securely tighten all 3 screws
with a Phillips screwdriver.

Locate slots on shade and align with nodules on
inside of fitter plate. Gently push up on shade and
turn to the RIGHT (clockwise) until it slides
completely into place. [Refer to diagram 2.]
If you do NOT wish to use the light kit, locate
slots on metal cover and align with nodules on
inside of fitter plate. Gently push up on metal
cover and turn to the RIGHT (clockwise) until it
slides completely into place. [Refer to diagram 3.]
CAUTION: Do not install the LED light kit if you
do NOT wish to use the light.
