14. Light Kit LED Array Assembly Replacement
A WARNING
To avoid possible electrical shock , be sure electricity
is turned off at the main fuse box befor e wiring .
NOTE: If you are no t s ure if the outle t box is grounded ,
contac t a licensed ele ct rici an for advice , as it mu st be
grounded for safe operation.
Tools Needed
One Phillips head screwdriver
One stepladder

Rotate and remove the shade cou nter-clockwise to
expose the Light Kit Assembly (Figure 38).
Retain shade for future reinstallation.
14.3
Loosened the two Li ght Kit Adapter #6- 32 x .375" pan
head sc rews located in the key hole slots.
Remove the remaining Light Kit Adapter #6-32 x .375"
pan head screw (Figure 39). Retain fo r future use.
Rotate the Light K it Assembly counter-clockwise to
disengage the two screw heads in the key hole slots for
removal of Light Kit Assembly.
A WARNING
Turning off wa ll sw itch is not suffic ien t. To avoid
possible el ectrical shock, be sure electricity is turned
off at the ma in fuse box before wiring. All wiring must
be in accordance with National and Local codes a nd
the ceiling fan mu st be properly grounded as a
precaution aga in st possible electrical shock.

Disconnect electrical power to the branch circuit at the
circuit breaker or fuse box before attempting to insta ll
the ceiling fan mounting plate on the outlet box .
