PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY. MAKE SURE YOU PROPERLY ALIGN POLES BEFORE
SCREWING THEM TOGETHER TO AVOID DAMAGING CONNECTION THREADS. NOT
ADHERING TO THIS PROCEDURE MAY VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
Carefully unpack this lamp and place it on a flat surface.
1. Attach the base cover (6) onto weighted-base (5),insert the dented washer
(4),metal washer (3) and spring washer (2) onto screw (1).
2. Attach the cover(7) onto pole(9) and connect it with base cover(6) together, place
screw(1) through the base cover to secure pole (9) with tool (tool included).
3. Connect the junction box (8) together and connect pole (9), (10) then secure it with screw (11)
4. Attach the shade (12) onto socket and secure it with ring (13).
5. Install the bulb (14) into socket.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other)as safety a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock.
This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
