Command Signal Input –thesignalfromtheprocess
controllerthatrepresentsthedesiredactuatorposition.
Feedback Output Signal –thesignalfromtheServo
Prothatrepresentsthecurrentactuatorposition.
Forward Acting –theactuatorwillmovetowardtheopen
directionwithanincreaseincommandsignal.
Reverse Acting–theactuatorwillmovetowardtheclose
directionwithanincreaseincommandsignal.
Fail Enable –theactuatorwillmovetoapositionselected
bytheuseruponlossofcommandsignal.
NOTICE
Thecommandsignalisconsideredlostwhenitisbelow
thelowlimitoftheselectedrange.
Thecommandsignalcannotbeoutofrangewhen0-5
VDCor0-10VDCareselectedbecause0VDCisa
valid value.
Thefailpositionwillnotbereachedifcommandsignal
ANDelectricpowerarebothremovedfromtheServo
Pro. Electric power must be maintained in order to
movethemotorintheactuator.
Fail in Last Position –Theactuatorwillremaininthe
positionitreachedwhenthecommandsignalwaslost.
Fail Close –Theactuatorwillmovetothefullyclosed
positionwhenthecommandsignalislost.
Fail Open –The actuatorwill move to the fully open
positionwhenthecommandsignalislost.
Torque Switch Enable –Theactuatorwillrespondtothe
optionalswitchesconnectedtothetorquelimitinputs.If
theopentorqueswitchisactivated(theswitchhasbeen
trippedbythetorqueswitchcam)theactuatorwillnot
moveanyclosertothefullyopenposition.Iftheclose
torqueswitchisactivated(theswitchhasbeentrippedby
theclosetorqueswitchcam)theactuatorwillnotmove
anyclosertothefullyclosedposition.
NOTICE
IftheTorqueSwitchEnabledoptionisselected,the
actuator must be equipped with properly set torque
switcheswiredtotheServoPro.Theabsenceofproperly
settorqueswitcheswillpreventactuatormovementin
one,orboth,directions.
Torque Switch Disable –theServoProwillnotrespond
toanyswitchesconnectedtotheTorqueSwitchinputs.
This option should be used when the optional torque
switchesarenotinstalledintheactuator.

on the Servo Pro Revision F are set to the following
defaultpositionswhenshippedfromtheBrayfactory:
Switch1–Off

The factory default settings will place the Servo Pro
