8.2. Exposure controls
Protective equipment
Process conditions
Use engineering controls to reduce air contamination to permissible exposure level. Provide eyewash station.
Engineering measures
Provide adequate general and local exhaust ventilation.
Respiratory equipment
Use respiratory equipment with combination filter, type B+E/P3.
Hand protection
For prolonged or repeated skin contact use suitable protective gloves. Nitrile gloves are recommended, but be aware that the liquid
may penetrate the gloves. Frequent change is advisable.
Eye protection
Use eye protection. Wear tight-fitting goggles or face shield.
Other Protection
Provide eyewash station.
Hygiene measures
Wash hands after handling. Use appropriate skin cream to prevent drying of skin. Wash promptly if skin becomes contaminated.
Change work clothing daily if there is any possibility of contamination. When using do not eat, drink or smoke.
Skin protection
Wear apron or protective clothing in case of contact.
