If you are an Authorized Service Partner, you can install the ThinkServer yourself and get it up and running.
Or, if you choose not to deliver the service yourself you can still extend this level of service to your customers

Give your customers access to Lenovo online training for ThinkServers including the basics on implementing,
deploying and troubleshooting Lenovo ThinkServers, providing comfort and condence in their new server
solution.
THINKPLUS™ PRIORITY SUPPORT
You can rely on Lenovo’s priority support infrastructure − 24x7 phone support, advanced-skill technicians,
usage support and more, to complement your oerings and deliver seamless service to your customers when
they need it most.
THINKPLUS™ PRIORITY SUPPORT 90-DAY TRIAL INCLUDED
Lenovo wants your customers to be comfortable and condent in their decision to choose a ThinkServer. And
because the rst 90 days are the most critical time of server ownership, we’re including ThinkPlus Priority
Support on new ThinkServers for 90 days, so you and your customers can experience the peace of mind
and condence that this level of support provides. Also get access to all of the features of Priority Support,
including our advanced level, highly skilled technicians, who are specially trained on Lenovo ThinkServers.
This trial is designed for customers who may not be sure about using a service package to support their new
ThinkServer. Once they experience Priority Support, we believe they’ll want to purchase the service from you
when the 90-day trial expires.
