The ePowerSwitch Master units have a built in Web server to remotely control power outlets over IP (on, off or reboot)
and can be used with ePowerSwitch Satellite units to extend the number of controlled power outlets.
More than simple power switches, they are also modular Remote Monitoring Systems which enable
to increase the security of your facilities and reduces unforeseen downtimes of your equipment. All
the ePowerSwitch Master devices have an Auto-Reboot function which allows the monitoring of IP
devices (server, router, camera, hot spot...) with automatic reboot function in case of lock-up. Used
with our environmental monitoring instruments, they provide environmental control with automatic
triggering of predetermined emergency actions.

ePowerSwitch 8XS is a power distribution and control unit that enables power management of 8 devices. The control of the power
outlets can be performed trough an RS485 connection via an ePowerSwitch Master or a VizioGuard environmental monitoring system
to extend the number of controlled power outlets over the same IP adress. Thanks to its dual RS232 and
RS485 serial interfaces, this power distribution unit can be easily controlled through most of the KVM
switches, a console server or any other equipment with a serial interface.

• Each power outlet or group can be individuallly controlled through an Ethernet or RS232 terminal connection.
• Wake on LAN and serial shutdown functions
• Programmable restart delay (5-60 seconds) can be set indivudually for each power outlet.
• Acces to ePowerSwitch is protected by name and password. The administrator can create up to 40
concurrent user accounts with restricted rights.
• Full confi guration can be performed through the web, the network confi guration can be done through a
windows tool over LAN or RS232 connection.
• Environmental monitoring is possible by optional sensors (temperature, humidity, ambient light) and detectors (smoke, liquid).
• The ePowerswitch can be chained with standard RJ45/CAT5 network cable allowing the control
of up to 128 power outlets through one serial connection.
• ePowerSwitch Master & VizioGuard compatible.
• Most of the KVM sitches compatible.
• They allow the creation of two seperate power supply circuits to control servers with redundant power supplies
and provide a total power-delivering capability of 7360 VA.
• The current of each input can be remote monitored through the ePowerSwitch MAster
or VizioGuard environmental monitoring system.
