Figure 1-14 is a cross reference of the 50 IDC connector
to 50 way Female D connector pinouts. Though it may seem like
an arbitrary mapping it is the most logical available as can be
seen from an examination of the pcb tracks. The corresponding
cross reference for the 50D to 50IDC is in Figure 1-15.
