Warranty Certificate
Warranty Period
This warranty applies to the USB Cable TypeA to
MicroB that comes with the Orbital2 main unit for one
year from the date of delivery. Transport cushions are
not included.
What the warranty applies to
・
If Orbital2 breaks down or is damaged during the
warranty period after using the correct method
described in this guide, Orbital2 will be replaced the
product free of charge.
･
The warranty period of the new device exchanged,
is applied from the initial delivery date of the first
purchase.
･
It may not be possible to guarantee damage for the
period of time when the product could not be used
due to a malfunction.
What the warranty does not cover
･
When there is no warranty card present
･
Wear and tear over time with normal use
･
Surface damages that do not affect the device’s
performance (scratches, dents etc.)
･
Malfunctions or damage caused by not following
the safety warning signs described in this guide
･
Malfunctions and damages caused by failure to use
in the manner described in this guide
･
When the product number has been intentionally
removed/deleted
･
Breakage due to contact with liquids, fires,
abnormal voltage & natural disasters
･
Requests to replace the product after the end of the
warranty, due to damage caused within the warranty
･
Damage after the end of the warranty period
How to replace
When requesting a replacement for the product
during the warranty period, be sure to have the
purchased product and this warranty card in hand
and contact support.
In case of malfunctions or damage within the scope
of the warranty, we will guide you through the free
replacement procedure.

In the case of the free replacement under the
provisions of this warranty, exchange it with the
initially purchased item. Please note that the
recovered products will not be returned.

The provision of this warranty does not limit your
legal rights.

Only use USB A or Micro B Cable for product.
Any other voltage may cause electrical shock,
flammable damage, and, or malfunctions of the product.

This product is delicate. Do not: drop, apply strong
pressure onto product’s surfaces, or allow for any
strong impacts to occur. Failure to comply may result
in injury to user from electrical shock, flammable
damage, and, or malfunctions of the product.

Do not disassemble or modify the product in any
way. Modified and disassembled products will be
outside of guarantee. Failure to comply may result in
injury to user and, or flammable damage.

As soon as you notice an abnormality (smoke,
sound, smell, heat, damage, etc.) Stop using the
product immediately. Disconnect the product from all
connected devices. Failure to comply may result in
malfunctions of the product.

likely to be generated

Places with heavy traffic or likely to have impact
with the product

Places that compile dust

Places where strong magnetism is generated

Places that are hot and, or humid

In a hot car, or hot weather

Places with direct sunlight

Do not touch product with wet hands. Failure to
comply may result in injury, or electrical shock to user.

Do not immerse in liquids such as water, chemicals,
oil, etc. Failure to comply may result in malfunctions
of the product.
・
Do not place on unstable surfaces. If the product
falls, etc. it may result in malfunctions of the product.
・
Do not use chemicals such as benzene or thinner.
Failure to comply may result in deformation and
breakdown of product.

Note: This equipment has been tested and found
to comply with the limits for a Class B digital
device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable

residential installation. This equipment generates,
