A. Introduction
In this chapter, detailed instructions are given on how you can:
Remove a USB flash drive safely
Change print job and cutter settings
Change barcode and serialization settings
Manage tag files and user graphics files
Perform printer maintenance and firmware upgrades
Perform other useful functions
Comprehensive listings of all the shortcut keys, menu options and
printable symbols are also provided.
A shorthand is extensively used in this chapter. For
example, this instruction, “Enter [Menu] > Quick Keys >
Tag > Properties means “Press [Menu]; select
“Quick Keys” and press [OK]; next select “Tag” and
press [OK]; and finally select ”Properties” and press
[OK]”.
B. USB Flash Drive Removal
Make sure that you see the USB icon on the LCD display
screen.
1 Enter [Menu] > “Remove USB drive.
A confirmation message will appear when it is safe to remove
the drive.
2 Pull the USB flash drive out from the printer.
Shortcut: Press [Fn]+ [9] instead of entering
[Menu] > “Remove USB drive.
