A. Introduction
In this chapter, detailed instructions are given on how you can:
• Remove a USB flash drive safely
• Change print job and cutter settings
• Change barcode and serialization settings
• Manage tag files and user graphics files
• Perform printer maintenance and firmware upgrades
• Perform other useful functions
Comprehensive listings of all the shortcut keys, menu options and
printable symbols are also provided.
A shorthand is extensively used in this chapter. For
example, this instruction, “Enter [Menu] > Quick Keys >
Tag > Properties” means “Press [Menu]; select
“Quick Keys” and press [OK]; next select “Tag” and
press [OK]; and finally select ”Properties” and press
[OK]”.
B. USB Flash Drive Removal
Make sure that you see the USB icon on the LCD display
screen.
1 Enter [Menu] > “Remove USB drive”.
A confirmation message will appear when it is safe to remove
the drive.
2 Pull the USB flash drive out from the printer.
Shortcut: Press [Fn]+ [9] instead of entering
[Menu] > “Remove USB drive”.
