4. Entering and Editing Text/Symbols
To go to a specific tag (if you know the tag number):
1. Enter [Fn] + [File] > Tag Edit > “Go To”.
2. In the “Tag Number” box, enter the number of the tag that you
want to edit and press [OK].
The tag appears.
To create a tag:
• At the end of the last (or only) tag, press [Enter].
A new empty tag appears.
To copy and paste a tag:
1 In the Tag Editor, navigate to the tag to be copied.
2 Enter [Fn] + [File] > Tag Edit > Edit > “Copy”.
3 In the Tag Editor, navigate to the tag before (or after) which to
paste the copied tag.
4 Enter [Fn] + [File] > Tag Edit > Edit > “Paste”.
5 Select “Before Current Tag” (or “After Current Tag”) and press
[OK].
The copied tag appears.
To insert a tag:
1 In the Tag Editor, navigate to the tag after which to insert a
new tag.
2. Enter [Fn] + [File] > Tag Edit > Edit > “Insert”.
An empty tag is inserted after the current tag.
To delete a tag:
1 In the Tag Editor, navigate to the tag to be deleted.
2 Enter [Fn] + [File] > Tag Edit > Edit > “Delete”.
3 Select “Current Tag” and press [OK].
A warning message appears, asking for your confirmation to
delete the tag.
4 Press [OK].
The tag disappears.
To delete selected tags:
1 Enter [Fn] + [File] > Tag Edit > Edit > Delete >
“Range”.
2. Type in the “from” and “to” numbers, and press [OK].
A warning message appears, asking for your confirmation to
delete the tags.
3. Press [OK].
The selected tags disappear.
