Product Materials
Bacterial resistant high density polyethylene with steel to steel
support hinges. Pneumatic gas shock mechanism opens and
closes unit smoothly. Liner dispenser and purse.diaper bag hooks
molded in. ADA compliant nylon buckle is adjustable with one
hand.
STRENGTH NOTE: Unit complies with ASTM F2285 Standard
that requires commercial diaper changing stations be able to
support a static load of up to 250 lbs.
Installation
Verify all rough-in dimensions prior to installation. Secure to wall
through mounting holes. Mounting hardware for typical conditions
is included.
WARNING: Be sure to use reinforced backing
behind wall where mounting screws or anchoring
devices are installed to ensure adequate support for
the baby changing station. All anchoring devices
must be appropriate for specific wall construction.
Severe personal injury and/or property damage may
result from improper mounting.
Guide Specification
Surface-mounted baby changing station shall be gray and white
speckled (963), solid light grey (9631) or cream colored (9632)
molded bacterial-resistant, high density polyethylene. Steel to steel
support hinges with pneumatic gas shock mechanism. Unit shall
have integrated liner dispenser and bag hooks. Unit shall have an
anti-microbial safety belt. Warning labels are printed in English,
Spanish, French and Braille. Unit shall be operable with less than 5
lbs. of force and complies with ASTM F2285 Standard.
