Credit card & returns procedures
Consumers and retailers may pay their invoice by credit card; however, we do not accept
credit card payments from any of our distributors. Distributors are set up with specific credit
terms and we expect them to pay by cheque/check or money transfer.
A consumer’s credit card should never be billed until the shipment is fully picked and ready
to ship. That said, if a customer requests to be billed in full for a back-ordered item, we will
do so upon receipt of their written request/approval.
Consumer returns
If a consumer wants to return a properly working smoker to a retailer but are having difficulties
getting the vendor to accept the return, advise them that they will have to return it to the
vendor they originally purchased it from – and offer to contact the vendor on their behalf. Never
tell the customer to claim to the vendor that the unit is defective.
